As the SAP LSMW Data Lead, you will:
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects using LSMW
- Design, develop & execute LSMW scripts for master, transactional & config data
- Troubleshoot migration issues to ensure clean and consistent data
- Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams for validation and reconciliation
- Manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and performance
- Mentor junior team members and elevate the team’s technical capability

- 4 to 8 years of solid experience in SAP LSMW and BDC
